Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days when in stock. Preorders ship as soon as they become available. You'll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. If you prefer faster delivery, please select Priority Shipping at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. domestic orders (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam).
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam will automatically ship via USPS Priority for $10.
For all other U.S. addresses, you may choose USPS Priority Shipping for faster delivery at checkout (rate calculated by USPS based on your location).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express or UPS Worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Please note: import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included and may apply upon delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking email with a direct link to monitor your shipment's progress.
When will my preorder arrive?
Preorders ship as soon as inventory arrives. You'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link the moment your item leaves our warehouse.
Returns
We want you to love your lunchbox. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@earthandmakercompany.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label at a discounted rate, which will be deducted from your refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To make it easy, we'll provide a discounted return label and deduct the cost from your refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You'll get an email confirmation once it's completed.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us right away at hello@earthandmakercompany.com with photos. We'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
